Intended use
The cone-shaped spikes on the surface of the ball stimulate sensory receptors, therefore exercising with the “hedgehog” provides excellent acupressure. The “hedgehogs” are also used for massaging tactile areas – on the hand as well as all over the body. At kindergartens and schools, they make group and individual exercises more attractive.

Before the first and each subsequent use, clean the product with soap and water.
