The nasal aspirator is designed for clearing the respiratory tract in infants and small children by removing catarrhal secretion from the nose.
This treatment makes breathing easier and may reduce the duration of inflammation and prevent possible complications.
The shape of the aspirator protects the nasal mucosa and prevents its damage even when the child makes a sudden movement.
Components
Usage
- Insert the rounded tip carefully in one of the child’s nostrils.
- Put the other tip in your mouth and carefully draw in the air – the secretions will be collected in the reservoir.
- Repeat steps 1 and 2 if necessary.
Safety
- Before and after each use wash the aspirator with clean,warm water and check it for tightness and completeness.
- Allow it to completely dry after cleaning.
- Do not sterilise with boiling water or steam.
- Keep the aspirator and its parts in a dry and dark place, out of the reach of children.
- Under no circumstances may the appliance be connected to any suction devices.
- Not suitable for use in a microwave oven.
- Do not use disinfectants.
