COLD COMPRESSES
Helps in the treatment of injuries such as sprains and dislocations in the joints of the hand, hand contusions and tendon strains. Soothes chronic pain caused by injury to the musculoskeletal system as well as toothache and headaches. Reduces swelling, inflammation and redness. Accelerates the absorption of haematomas, bruises, reduces minor contusions. Reduces body temperature in fever, soothes burns. Helps stop nosebleeds.
WARM COMPRESSES
Supports the treatment of chronic musculoskeletal pain. Reduces muscular contractions (e.g. back pain, menstrual pains, leg cramps). Brings relief in rheumatoid arthritis and pain.
COLD COMPRESSES
Put the compress in freezer for min 2 hours.
WARM COMPRESSES
Warm the compress up in a microwave oven on the defrost temperature for approx. 4 minutes or immerse in hot water for approx. 5 minutes.
Dry, put into the protective cover, and then apply to the body.
