The product is designed for giving an enema

Before the first and each subsequent use, wash each of the product components separately, and then immerse then in the boiling water for a few minutes. Ensure that the components are completely immersed.
When cooled, fill the syringe with the body rinse liquidat a temperature of up to 40°C. Apply a thin layer of paraffin jelly or food grade oil to the tube and insert it carefully and slowly into the anus. Then squeeze the syringe vigorously to empty its contents into the body. Before removing the tip, tighten your buttocks firmly so that no liquid escapes.
